Project | 01 Redevelopment of Uptown Waterloo Square

This project was conducted for the Site Planning and Design Studio class at the University of Waterloo. Working in a team of 5, the goal was to create a preliminary site plan of Uptown Waterloo Square outlining  performance and specification standards such as lot dimensions, setbacks, street widths, etc. while including design elements to intensify and foster a sense of place within the city. A due diligence report was conducted along with market comparables to examine political implications and cost.
